She was good! the hotel's beauty was fine, from facilities to atmosphere. aljona created an engaging environment for children. pizza making day was so much fun for everyone!
the hotel had many people culturally, and it did affect the relaxed atmosphere. i wish there was better management during peak times. it was hard to unwind completely.

the hotel offers easy access to local areas because transport is readily available. the beach and pier are beautiful for leisurely strolls, offering a picturesque experience. it is very scenic.

the boudoir lobby's samir and hossan remembered drinks, preparing special cocktails, it was so thoughtful. mahmoud at the parkside food court. the adults-only restaurant delivered a fantastic meal.

The front office team demonstrated friendliness and professionalism. Mr shawky especially was a real gentleman. the cleaning staff and garden staff worked tirelessly to keep everything pristine. lifeguards assisted with loungers.

good hotel experience

the hotel have clean rooms. the resort appear huge. i see multiple activities. the facilities was useful. i find a free shower room. it was for freshening up after checkout. all staff members was courteous. they were always willing to help. the kitchen staff patiently explain food options. the buffet was good for us as we are a vegetarian family.
from day two of our holiday we had severe dioreah. we seek help from family next door. they supplied us with medicine. we had no wifi and no way to get help. we had to cancel our excursion and was bed bound. we had multiple trips to the pharmacy.

i observed the restaurant provides a diverse menu. national cuisines are represented. the breakfast buffet includes fresh fruits. lunch features grilled meats. dinner presents themed culinary nights. drinks are served promptly.

the staff was polite and efficient. i see duties were performed attentively. the hotel facilities are extensive. they allowed us to enjoy our stay from morning until late. guest relations employee, julie kotova, was helpful and reliable. she promptly responded to our requests.

The rooms were tidy. The daily housekeeping did a great job. The room had an amazing pool view. I appreciated Mohamed's cute and professional approach at reception (he explained everything).

the grounds are beautifully maintained the hotel offers a super clean environment. the beach has a wide sandy area there are also practical wind sheets at the front. i liked the long walkable pier it is good for strolling or snorkeling. the pools are plentiful and i found the three heated pools especially the 25m adult pool very useful
the hotel entertainment had some variable quality it was hard to find information. i could not easily learn what was on or when because of missing schedules. staff knowledge seemed limited about these events and locations

The grounds were well maintained, and the landscaping was excellent. It seems gardeners work hard (they deserve praise).
I found the service inconsistent. Staff shortages seemed to impact response times at the restaurants, and I observed delays getting drinks. The room cleaning was subpar. It would be beneficial if the hotel addressed these service gaps.
